This year, sadly we couldn’t have much people over because of Covid! But didn’t stop me to create a cozy and warm ambiance for our holidays festivities!

For my Christmas Eve dinner table, I choose to try red this year! I wanted a warm, festive and “Christmassy” color to illuminate this very strange year.

I always try to find inspiration on Pinterest and my favorites Home stores: Zara home, heart & hand, Crate & barrel…
This year, I found a beautiful red and white tablecloth at Zara home. Very « chalet » style! I had only white or blue serving plates, so I bought few red appetizers plates to bring an extra « christmassy » touch to my table.
As for the table centerpiece, I choose different type of greens (evergreens, holly, eucalyptus…) and added few pomegranate and homemade dried oranges to it.
Let’s get to the best of it… the food!! My husband Adrian, did impress me one more time with his beautiful and tasty menu!
For appetizers he did a homemade foie gras. So yummy!

For the First course, he did a scallops carpaccio beautifully presented in the scallops shell.

For the second course, we had a lobster risotto with a tonka bisque.

Finally, we had a delicious wagyu steak served with sautéed mushrooms and gratin dauphinois (a classic for our holidays dinner!)

For dessert, as every year, we had to try the newest Laduree Yule log.

We had the loveliest night with our baby Oscar and our dear friend Malik!
