Let’s admit it, we are all obsessed with something… for me it’s the world of Food!!! 
From as far as I can remember I always loved eating. Always enjoyed spending time around the table with my family and friends. For me, this moment represents a time of love, sharing and discovering. I could spend hours around a table.. eating, drinking and talking about it…!! 
Already as a child, I dreamed about opening a restaurant! We used to pretend with my brother that we had our own café! And we will cook breakfast for each other!
Growing up, studying wasn’t really my thing. So it was clear, I needed something more entertaining! Hospitality industry seemed to be the perfect fit!
After a year abroad, learning the basics of restaurant service I decided to come back to Paris and attend Ferrandi School where I graduated 3 years later in Hospitality Management. During those years I was lucky to learn “the art of service” from the best places! D&D, Guy savoy, Alain Ducasse… After all these experiences it was clear for me that everything rolling around food, wines and hospitality was my true passion! 
On this blog, you will find all my favorite places to eat-out! In New York city mostly, but also wherever I have traveled.
