While I am always hoping for big gathering for holidays, this year Easter was just about our little family! It was still so much fun to baked and cooked for the three of us! It was also the first chocolate’s hunt for our little Oscar!
At lunch time, we did a ‘family style’ brunch with avocado toast & salmon, carrots hummus, devils eggs, homemade cupcakes and strawberries with chantilly!
For dinner time, we did a roasted rack of lamb with peas, green beans and sautéed potatoes ! A family tradition for Easter!
