It’s Spring time! After the carrots hummus, let’s try this with delicious green peas!
– 2 cups fresh english peas (frozen, is okay!)
– 3/4 teaspoon cumin
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/4 cup tahini
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/2 cup fresh herbs (any combination of cilantro, basil, chives, chervil, mint)
– salt and pepper to taste
Pour yourself a nice glass of chilled white wine and enjoy! (I will go with a Petit Chablis!)
